The app is free

OZU Global has no charges of any kind: no subscription, no per-order fee, no commission, nothing billed through Shopify and nothing billed outside it. Installing it, publishing prices, removing them and uninstalling cost nothing.

Shipping is between you and your courier

The app puts the cost of shipping from India into your international prices, so your buyer pays for it at checkout. How you then ship each order is your call: any courier you like. OZU is a courier too; if you'd like us to collect a parcel from your pickup PIN code and deliver it, contact us. That is arranged between you and OZU, outside the app, and the app never takes or moves money.
